Rockrider presents the ADVT 900 Series a comprehensive collection of bikepacking bags for cycle travellers. The new product line includes waterproof handlebar and saddle bags with variable volumes, a compact frame bag and specially developed fastening systems. All bags are designed for maximum functionality and weather resistance to meet the requirements of tours on a wide variety of terrain. So the next cycle tour can come...
At the heart of the collection are two Handlebar bags with different capacities. The larger version offers a variable volume of 5 to 15 litres and should therefore allow flexible adaptation to the respective tour requirements. According to the manufacturer, the bag is waterproof in accordance with the IPX6 standard, which should reliably protect it from water ingress even in heavy rain. This is ensured by taped seams, a roll closure and an integrated air valve to optimise the pack size.
The recycled ripstop polyester with TPU lamination is designed to combine durability with environmental awareness. For minimalist setups, Rockrider also offers a more compact handlebar bag with a volume of 3.5 litres. This model also fulfils the IPX6 standard and has a roll closure and welded seams. Three TPU straps enable stable attachment to the handlebars or to the optionally available ADVT 900 mount. Inside there are two compartments and a key holder for organising your luggage. Reflective strips and a loop for attaching lights are designed to increase visibility in the dark.
Rockrider has developed special fastening systems to ensure optimum stability of the bags even on rough surfaces. The Handlebar bag attachment ADVT 900 has a triple fastening structure with aluminium hooks and locking system. TPU and silicone spacers are designed to keep the handlebar area ergonomically clear. The mount is compatible with straight and curved handlebars, with the exception of butterfly handlebars and certain road bike models.
Rockrider offers a special saddlebag attachment for the saddle area. It has been specially designed for the waterproof Rockrider saddlebag and is intended to provide a secure hold with a three-point system. A TPU spacer on the seat post reduces lateral vibrations, while newly developed Velcro fasteners are designed to prevent chafing on the thighs. The attachment is compatible with all round seat posts, including those made from carbon fibre.
The ADVT 900 saddle bag completes the system with a variable volume of 5 to 15 litres. Like the handlebar bag, it is designed to be waterproof in accordance with the IPX6 standard and features taped seams, a roll-top fastener and an integrated air valve. The robust, recycled ripstop polyester with TPU lamination is designed to combine durability and sustainability. Reflective strips provide additional visibility in poor light conditions. For quick access to important equipment during the journey, the Rockrider the ADVT 900 Half Frame frame bag has been developed. With a volume of 3 litres, it offers space for tools, snacks or an air pump. The bag is waterproof to IPX3 standard and has a welded construction as well as a coated zip with flap. Sophisticated fastening systems with soft Velcro fasteners and self-locking buckles are designed to ensure a secure fit and protect the frame at the same time.
For classic cycle tours, there is also the ADVT 900 Touring pannier bag with a volume of 14 litres. It is also IPX6-certified waterproof and has a "One Click" fastening for quick attachment and detachment from the luggage carrier. The Touring pannier is the classic for bike travellers and can also be mounted on both sides of the luggage carrier as required.
To complement the bikepacking setup, Rockrider offers the ADVT 900 Food Pouch bottle cage with a volume of 1.2 litres. It can be mounted on the stem, handlebars and fork with three attachment points and allows one-handed access while riding.
