Giant presents two new gravel bike models: the Revolt Advanced Pro and the Revolt Advanced. Both variants have updated framesets that are characterised by system integration and a hidden "storage space" in the down tube. The bike giant from Taiwan utilised the expertise of gravel pros Cole Paton (USA) and Brendan Johnston (Australia) for the development. Both top riders in the Life Time Grand Prix series tested and rode prototypes at racing events this year. The top model is the Giant Revolt Advanced Pro 0.

The Revolt offers a quick and easy adjustment option to adapt it to different conditions and riding styles. Similar to the previous model, the wheelbase can be changed using a flip-chip dropout on the rear wheel. A shorter wheelbase ensures more agile handling, while the long version of the Giant is stable and tracks true. At the same time, the longer wheelbase increases tyre clearance. This means that large-volume tyres up to 53 millimetres wide can be selected on the rear wheel for more traction.

More comfort with the new Giant Revolt Advanced?
Lowered seat stays are designed to reduce vibrations without compromising stiffness when cornering or sprinting. Each model also has carbon handlebars and a flattened carbon seatpost. According to Giant, however, standard round seat posts or dropper posts also fit in the frame.

Optics & finesse: Internal cable routing and boot
Internally routed cables ensure a tidy appearance of the Gravel bikes and are designed to optimise aerodynamics. The storage compartment in the down tube offers space for tools, snacks and other important items. The frame also offers options for attaching bags or mudguards, for example for bikepacking.
