Cyclingworld Europe is growing. This year, there will be 8,000 square metres more exhibition space and, for the first time, an Urban Hub at Gustaf-Gründgens-Platz in the city centre will complement the Böhler site. The underground lines U70 and U76 connect both locations in 15 minutes travelling time.
Around 400 exhibitors will be presenting around 500 brands and their innovations in eight halls. Last year there were six halls. The Cyclingworld Awards will also be presented again. An expert jury will judge products and there will also be a public vote.
Small and large brands can be found at the bike fair in Düsseldorf, and there are stands by female artists right next to the stands of industry giants such as Canyon, Giant and Cube. For example, Jule Kritzelt's cute stand has been directly opposite Specialized in recent years. The big-name component manufacturers are also on site: Shimano, Campagnolo and SRAM.
In the Demoworld area, there will be bikes from around 90 brands to test, from classic bikes and e-bikes to cargo, urban and folding bikes. Test rides are also possible at the Urban Hub on Gustaf-Gründgens-Platz. Children can ride in secure areas, while older children can use the courses. The Puky Kids World will once again be set up at the Areal Böhler, a hall where the little ones can conquer small obstacles on balance bikes and mini bikes, for example.
Travelling by bike is ideal, as there are free guarded bike parking spaces. The second best way to get to the Areal Böhler is by public transport. The underground lines U70 and U76 run from the main railway station to the Lörick stop. If you want or have to travel by car: Parking directly on the Areal Böhler is not possible, but there are surrounding multi-storey car parks that offer a free shuttle service to the exhibition centre.
Day tickets, 2-day tickets and 3-day tickets are available. The trade fair opens on Friday from 6 pm to 10 pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm. Cyclingworld Europe has been held annually at the start of the cycling season since 2017.
