The Bike Taxi Adapter from Zéfal complements the Zéfal Bike Taxi - A practical tow rope for bikes that benefits both children and adults when mountain biking. Pulled by the adult bike, it makes it easier for the kids to get to the next trail entrance. At the same time, parents can save themselves some annoying nagging and even gain additional fitness sessions by taking a few watts of pedalling power away from their offspring.
For towing, the loop of the tow rope must be placed over the stem of the bike to be towed, which must be suitable for this purpose. Especially on children's bikes with a stem or other smooth stem without visible screws, there is no way to securely attach a towing loop to the stem.
