We have two pieces of good news for you: 1. the worst of winter seems to be over. There's a good chance that we'll be back on our mountain bikes in shorts and T-shirts in three months' time. 2. the other good news: MTB products for the fresh season are now reduced. An overview of the best bargains can be found here - because next autumn and winter are sure to come.
The enduro fork par excellence. Here is the conclusion of our last test: the Zeb has never been so sensitive and forgiving. After upgrading the damping cartridge to Charger 3.1, the Rockshox worked so sensitively in the bike park that we had to significantly increase the air pressure and compression damping compared to its predecessor.
The Enduro fork thus manages a convincing balancing act between maximum comfort and a clearly racy set-up - making it suitable for almost every type of rider. In direct comparison, however, the Fox Podium, which we also rode, offered even more traction and an overall more defined response behaviour.
The air pressure recommendation works well in combination with sufficient compression damping and provides a very solid basis for the setup. Practical: The markings on the compression damping knobs make it easier to orientate yourself and understand the setup.
There are currently only a few models with 160 millimetres available. A 42 per cent saving speaks for itself. 788 euros instead of 1249 euros. If you are flirting with the fork, you better not think too long >> Click here for the offer.
Merino is ideal for us bikers. It keeps you nice and warm, doesn't stink and is very comfortable to wear. These are just some of its positive characteristics. Rose recently presented its new winter collection, including the Rose M Adventure Merino LS Tee. This is made from a wool blend of 50 per cent merino and 50 per cent polyester. The advantage of such a material is that it dries faster, is more robust and not quite as warm, thus offering a wider range of uses.
We have already ridden the merino jersey and can recommend it with a clear conscience. The jersey normally costs 69.95 euros. However, some colours and sizes are now heavily discounted. The jersey is available from 34.95 euros. That's a real bargain. We say: grab it! >> Click here for the offer.
Endura uses a three-layer Pertex Shield material for this model, which is characterised by its low weight, waterproofness and small pack size. With a water column of 20,000 mm and a vapour permeability of 20,000 g/g/m²/24hr, the MT500 ADV delivers impressive values, at least on paper. We have already tested the jacket extensively. You can read the test here: Test Endura MT500 ADV rain jacket: high-end weather protection from Scotland.
The Scots normally charge 350 euros for the jacket. That's a lot of money. The jacket is currently heavily discounted for 245 euros. Great: currently still available in two colours and in all sizes. A top pick for us. Because the next autumn is sure to come and even in summer it can rain >> Click here for the offer.

It is perhaps the most popular chest and back protector ever. The Poc VPD can be worn easily over clothing and thus ensures a distinctive motocross style. The feel is reminiscent of a bulletproof vest and provides additional safety and self-confidence.
The VPD material adapts when warm, becomes softer and thus increases comfort. At the moment of impact, it hardens and provides the necessary protection. The protector is also well ventilated. We have already ridden the waistcoat extensively and this is the test: Protector waistcoats in a practical test 4 bike park must-haves.
The item normally costs 260 euros, but is currently reduced to 175 euros - a good deal, in our opinion >> Click here for the POC offer.
