Gorewear is launching a limited collection for the 2025 spring/summer season for style-conscious cyclists. The focus is on three well-known products in new, exclusive designs: the Lupra 2.0 jacket, the Spinshift windbreaker and the Spinshift jersey. According to the manufacturer, the collection combines proven functionality with eye-catching visual elements. A particular highlight is the use of the Japanese Shibori dyeing technique on the Spinshift windbreaker and jersey - in the past, this was probably called batik. This creates flowing structures and colour contrasts that make each item of clothing truly unique.
The Lupra 2.0 Gore-Tex jackets also appear in limited designs. The Lupra LE2 2.0 Gore-Tex jacket comes in a black and gold colour combination. According to Gorewear, the jackets use the latest generation of ePE material, which makes them lighter and thinner with reliable moisture protection. The jackets are designed for mountain bikers and commuters and offer sufficient freedom of movement.
We also think of bikepacking tours and ultra-cycling events when it comes to the jacket's area of application. They are also hard-wearing and easy to pack - as our tests have shown. The technical features include a silicone band on the inside of the hood, a reinforced hood hem and neck area and a drawstring on the inside of the hood. The jackets have pre-shaped elbow and shoulder sections, two front zip pockets and can be stowed away in their own pocket. They are made from recycled materials and have reflective details on the elbows and lower back.
The Spinshift Windbreaker comes in a limited edition with a Shibori pattern. According to Gorewear, the jacket is characterised by a high level of comfort. The moisture-regulating inner material is designed to ensure increased breathability. The breathable and double-woven outer material with DWR impregnation offers protection against wind, cool temperatures and light rain.
The jacket is easy to pack and has an aerodynamic cut adapted to the lower handlebar position. The technical details of the Spinshift Windbreaker include an ergonomically shaped collar with lining, pre-shaped elbow and shoulder sections and cuffs with elasticated inserts.
A full-length zip with logo, a back pocket as a stow pocket and silicone cuffs at the hem are designed to ensure functionality. Reflective details on the cuffs, shoulders and lower back increase visibility. The windbreaker is made from recycled materials.
The Spinshift jersey also appears in the limited collection with Shibori colouring. It is available in various colour options. The interlock material is designed to support the muscles and provide compression. Effective moisture management is designed to keep the body dry.
The highly elasticated material enables a close fit without restricting freedom of movement. Technically, the jersey has three back pockets and an additional zip pocket. A soft, non-slip insert at the hem is designed to keep the jersey in place. As with the windbreaker, reflective details increase visibility.
