Two new sports glasses are now available from Bliz. The P005 is a full-frame design with interchangeable lenses for trail use, while the P006 comes in an aerodynamic half-frame design. Both models are equipped with hydrophobic technology against moisture, anti-fog coating against condensation and anti-scratch protection.

With the P005 and P006, Bliz is presenting two sports glasses for different areas of use on the bike. Both models use robust polycarbonate lenses and a 2-step hinge mechanism, which should make it easy to change the lenses if necessary.

Full rim construction on the P005

The P005 uses a full rim construction concealed behind a frameless design. The lenses are interchangeable and are designed to adapt to changing light conditions. The hydrophobic technology is designed to repel water and rain. An anti-fog coating promises to prevent the lenses from fogging up. Anti-scratch technology is designed to protect against scratches.

Adjustable nose pads and non-slip temple tips made from friction rubber are designed to keep the glasses in place even when moving quickly. The P005 can be optionally equipped with nano-optics, which the manufacturer claims provide more contrast in difficult lighting conditions. The lenses are ventilated and offer 100 per cent UV protection. A padded bag is included in the scope of delivery and accessory lenses are available as an option.

Half-frame design for the P006

The P006 utilises a half-frame design that is intended to reduce air resistance and is primarily intended for use on the road. A ventilation system promises cool comfort during intensive sessions. The nano-optics with durable anti-fog coating, in combination with hydrophobic technology, are designed to prevent condensation and moisture on the lens. Anti-scratch technology offers additional protection.

Adjustable nose pads and flexible temple tips are designed to secure the glasses during long sessions. The lenses are interchangeable and ventilated, with 100 per cent UV protection. A padded pouch and available accessory lenses are also included. The 2-step hinge mechanism and the polyamide frame correspond to the P005.
