BIKE Festival Saalfelden Leogang 2022 - Pictures of the day

It was dry just in time for the start of the BIKE Festival Saalfelden Leogang 2022. This meant that nothing stood in the way of a day full of workshops, expo innovations and bike park descents. Here is our best of picture gallery from the first festival day.

The dark clouds over the village of Leogang in Salzburger Land are clearing and a few shreds of blue are appearing - the perfect start to the BIKE Festival Saalfelden Leogang! And that's a good thing, because the programme is packed. Tours with the stars of the MTB scene, workshops and of course the Bikeflip show by and (on Saturday) with Fabio Wibmer.

Especially the MTB workshops with Hanna Steinthaler, Elias Schwärzler and Jasper Jauch characterise the almost family-like nature of the BIKE Festival. From the rookies (kids aged 10 and over) to the experts, the pros take participants on the trails and lines in Bikepark Leogang and show them how to do it perfectly.

But the almost 40 exhibitors are also worth a visit in the festival street in Leogang. There are also hundreds of cutting-edge test bikes that can be ridden extensively through the grounds this weekend.

And for all those who can't make it to Austria, here are the best pictures from the first day of the festival.
