The last day of the festival in Willingen had it all again. It started with the Scott Enduro in the morning. Then there was the Lazer Junior Trophy, where the very youngsters were able to prove themselves, and the iXS Downhill Cup final on the programme. And all this in rainy conditions, which made the course a real challenge for the riders.

After the training runs could still take place in rather dry conditions, the downhill course in Willingen surprised the riders on Sunday with completely different conditions. It was wet and muddy and definitely a real challenge for everyone at the start.
World Cup racer Max Hartenstern from Cube Factory Racing came out on top in the men's race. Johannes Fischbach finished in second place with a gap of around 4.5 seconds. Simon Maurer was close behind.
Alizés Lassus made it to the top of the podium in the professional women's category with a time of 2:34.578. Marlena Rieger crossed the finish line a good eight seconds behind. Roos op de Beeck took third place.
At the Lazer Junior Trophy, the youngsters (2010-2016) and very youngsters (2016-2021) were able to put their skills to the test. It was raining, but they did it anyway. Respect!
In the afternoon, the youngsters were brought on stage for the award ceremony. A proud moment for the kids, but also for the parents, who gathered in large numbers in front of the festival stage.
The Scott Enduro was also a real challenge due to the rain. Rebecca Baraona secured the women's podium with a fantastic time of 14:16.53. Silja Geck had put on rain tyres the evening before the race, but in the end it was only enough for second place, closely followed by Chloe Taylor in third place.
The men's race was won by Tom Emmerich from the Heim Racing Team. His time: 12:27.71. Marco Bucher and Jonas Hohmann followed in second and third place. We would like to congratulate all the winners of this truly eventful weekend.
See you again in Willingen! At the BIKE Festival next year. The date: 29-31 May 2026.
