The programme of the "Grenzenlos" Tour 2025 is characterised by its thematic and stylistic diversity. More than just mountaineering

The message of the "Grenzenlos" tour goes far beyond pure mountaineering. It encourages viewers to overcome boundaries, to stand up for positive values and to strive for a life in peace. This philosophy is reflected in the selection of films, which not only show top sporting achievements, but also address social, cultural and personal issues. One of the films, for example, explores the Norwegian "Friluftsliv" philosophy of life, which emphasises a deep connection with nature. Another film sheds light on sustainable living on a mountain farm in South Tyrol and shows how traditional values can be combined with modern approaches.

Emotional depth and humorous moments

The organisers promise an emotional rollercoaster ride. Viewers will experience moments of intense tension when they accompany alpinists on daring first ascents, but will also be moved to tears when personal stories of overcoming adversity and triumph are told. At the same time, the humorous contribution by Bavarian freerider Bernhard Braun provides a laugh and shows that self-irony and light-heartedness also have their place in the mountain world. This mixture of depth and humour makes the festival an experience that has a long-lasting effect and inspires the audience to become active themselves.

Interactive experience for the audience

The Alpen Film Festival is not just a passive film screening, but an interactive experience. The festival presenters provide in-depth background information on the films shown and how they were made, without disrupting the flow of the programme. After the screenings, the audience often has the opportunity to talk to the filmmakers or protagonists and ask them questions. This direct interaction creates a special atmosphere and deepens the understanding of the stories and adventures shown.

Inspiration for your own adventures

One of the main aims of the "Grenzenlos" tour is to inspire and motivate viewers. The films shown are not only intended to entertain, but also to encourage viewers to become active themselves and test their own limits. Whether it's about planting your first vegetable garden, tackling a long-planned bike ride or simply spending more time in nature - the festival aims to provide an impetus that reaches far beyond the cinema auditorium. The message is that everyone can find and live their own adventure, regardless of sporting ability or financial means.

Technical quality and cinematographic brilliance

State-of-the-art camera technology and innovative filming methods make it possible to capture the beauty and ruggedness of the mountain world in breathtaking images. From expansive landscape shots to intimate portraits of the protagonists - the films are characterised by their visual power and allow viewers to immerse themselves deeply in the world shown.
