The Württemberger Weinradweg has been awarded four stars by the ADFC as a quality cycle route. It has also been awarded the title of "State long-distance cycle route".

The Württemberg Wine Cycle Route stretches over seven idyllic and scenically impressive stages from its start in Niederstetten in the Tauber Valley to Rottenburg am Neckar, passing through numerous regions of the "Württemberg Wine Routes".

From the smallest wine villages to the state capital

The long-distance cycle route lives up to its name, as it leads from the smallest wine villages via various family wineries and cooperatives to cities such as Heilbronn or the state capital Stuttgart. There is plenty to experience along the way: Pleasure spots such as the various wine taverns, wine shops, cultural highlights such as Marbach, the birthplace of Schiller, or picturesque Tübingen with its punt boats and many scenic highlights. There is a suitable destination for those seeking peace and quiet as well as for pleasure-seekers and culture lovers.
